We are looking for dedicated, creative, and capable college students who are passionate about our mission and want to learn about our work. The lucky few will get an insider’s view into the day-to-day operations of a well established brand that has helped its titleholders secure life-changing scholarships, pursue global travel opportunities, get into top medical schools, land major modeling contracts, launch multi-city speaking tours, and transform their lives & communities.

Virtual Assistant

As a member of the Executive team, the Virtual Assistant will ensure that the calendar for CEO and team meetings is flawless and enables the CEO to spend the majority of her time on her highest priorities. In addition, the Assistant will provide exceptional administrative support to the CEO and Recruitment team (e.g., ensuring file maintenance and booking travel) so that the team’s time and attention are focused on the highest leverage projects. The Virtual Assistant will report to the CEO.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities in an evolving environment

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, written and verbal

  • Experience managing logistics around our immersion program (food, transit, coordinating speakers, etc) researching and writing grants, fulfilling administrative needs, drafting social media-related and other communications, and assisting staff as needed

  • Anticipates needs, takes initiative, resourceful, problem-solver

  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google apps and Email marketing software

  • Honest and transparent; maintains confidentiality

  • Department successful; willing and able to work long hours to get the job done, when necessary
